20% of the employees make 80% of the income. Toxic environment where management doesn't do a thing!. Very unprofessional with dress and people on cell phones on the floor. Run!

Very inappropriate! Blinded by self-interest. - Differential treatment of older workers -Sell worn shoes & make sales staff absorb wage loss from poorly developed liberal return policy. - Violate worker privacy & confidentiality! - Management childish & immature!
