Pros

Friendly and genuine coworkers, flexible management, general helping atmosphere. My coworkers were extremely kind, my boss was generally understanding, and pay was incredible for an hourly job. It was very hard to leave!

Cons

8 hours on your feet! I didn't mind this, kept us in shape, but would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
