Pros
Working here you a connection to the company and the mission. The leadership starting from direct supervisor all the way up to C-suite executives feel connected to every employee from factory assembler to engineers and hr. Every decision the company makes is in consideration of every employee. Employee stock ownership retirement plan is excellent.
Cons
Due to the employee stock ownership retirement plan there is no 401k match. Wages are slightly low for industry, but the retirement plan feels like it makes up for that.
