      Benefit regression, subpar pay, ok work environment.

      Pros

      I generally like everyone I work with and I’ve never been pressured to work overtime.

      Cons

      For some reason after strong financial years our CEO has decided to do silent layoffs via a full RTO mandate. There’s no other reason I can think of to push for a full return to office. It is a bad sign for things to come when a company starts retracting benefits.

      - Good place to learn skills for new engineers. - People are friendly and helpful. - ESOP performance has been excellent.

      Cons

      - Paid-time off and sick days are less. - Pullman is a small town, so the city life is dull but there are great outdoor activities.
