      The SEL name in the industry is synonymous with good quality reliable products with great customer services. SEL has a great culture based on strong values.

      Cons

      Management rarely defines expectations clearly. Compensation and performance are not as closely linked as they should be. Employees are expected to wear many hats.

      Staff is very strong technically, including the leadership. Provides lots of training opportunities. Encouraged to do everything possible to make customers happy.

      Cons

      Applies same policies country wide, not accounting for local market conditions. Starting to become increasingly controlling of employees.
