      High paced place to work with lots of motivated people.

      Pros

      Great focus on customer service, and being innovative. The CEO is a great leader, as are most of those in senior management. They do expect people to perform, and those who don't perform are forced out, which I appreciate. Lots of training available for professional development.

      Cons

      Can be demanding at times. Some times project deadlines force us to work overtime, as a salaried employee.

      Intense focus on product quality. Very through design reviews. Team is confident and engaged with a bit of good natured rivalry. Interesting and diverse technology and work experience. Very strong culture. Accepted to the Fortune 100 best places to work on first attempt.

      Need to step up the investment in new test tools.

      excellent company contribution to retirement plan very customer-focused - products have lifetime warranty company caters lunch to all employees every Friday a live operator answers every phone call during business hours!

      if you get a bad boss, it makes it hard to move up
