      Employer seems to welcome your full abilities and gives you the freedom to create.

      Cons

      Dishonest in the setting of salary. Really pulled a nasty trick on me when hired, as a result I'm making less than I did 12 years ago at a lesser job. I was desperate so I took the job, but the stunt they pulled was very dishonorable. I did even realize the full extent of their sneakiness until recently. I'll give them six months and if they don't come through with a proper salary I look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Company has very talented individuals. Good bonus and decent pay. Time off is also better than industry average.

      Cons

      Can be pretty strict at times and makes you feel like you are being watched all the time. Sometimes getting ahead can be difficult unless you know the right people.
