The culture drives the company so hard that it creates a vacuum of single minded snobs who alienate new employees until they prove they can sit at the cool kids table. They will judge, speak ill, and play facades of both the job itself, its difficulty, and most importantly your progress. Yeah they give you reports on it but it is not accurate. Most communication is handled in an email when it pertains to discipline or ways you should act. Everyone watches you like a hawk to then go snitch. The culture of this place literally left me depressed and affected me so bad mentally I was seeing a therapist to address the work woes.
