Pros
Everyone in the office is invested in employee development and process improvement. You get to learn from the company that sets industry standards. Good culture.
Cons
Pretty much everyone is being underpaid and overworked. Supervisors don’t have time to train new hires because they also have a full time workload. Bonuses were withheld because of “debt” yet the company flew all of the senior and C level management to Washington to shake hands. Lack of salary range and pay transparency. You have to be a very independent learner to be successful here.
