      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits (especially if you’re at the headquarters location), decent people.

      Cons

      Headquartered in a small rural area in the PNW, but field offices all over the US. Because of this, management doesn’t make informed decisions when it affects employees outside of headquarters. Field office employees are an afterthought and it’s felt.

      As an employee owned company, you’re encouraged to find ways to make a difference and help drive the company forward. This culture is encouraged in all parts of the company.

      N/A - terrible culture and people.

      Cons

      Bullies are promoted constantly - be careful, you have to be a certain way to get promoted (the ones actually doing the work aren’t those), constant butt kissing, the biggest leaders are the biggest bullies, terrible benefits and pay.
