You will learn resiliency which is great and then in your next place of employment you will pinch yourself wondering if it's normal for things to be so great after having the experience here that was much less than.

Cons

Inappropriate behavior from many and harassment in the workplace.

A Poorly Managed Company

CEO is brilliant Flexible work environment

Cons

The product is antiquated and extremely difficult to sell. There are lower cost, “cloud native” alternatives that deliver stronger results for customers. Leadership allows territorial politics and widespread infighting to continue. There is really poor middle management in sales and engineering, and a lot of unprofessionalism at company events.
