Pros

The salary was competitive and the customers were great to work with. Other departments, including the sales team, were also great to work with.

Cons

Management in this department was not the best. While people were very smart, they often let personal relationships get in the way of work and aren't open to suggestions from outsiders that come in with effective suggestions. There are too many egos and merit does not play a role in career development unfortunately.

Considering my job responsibilities, the salary was acceptable.

Cons

There was no sense of urgency or motivation to get things done, and it was often difficult to get the resources I needed to do my job. As a result, I was constantly feeling stressed and unsatisfied. My boss was also mean, disrespectful, and often hurtful. He would pick on me in front of other people and make me feel like I was never good enough. He was also inactive and didn't seem to care about my success.
