Don't expect to get ahead if you're a woman

Pros

Food, flexible schedules, great health insurance.

Cons

I watched them remove women managers that helped make the company and overlook others, though it depends on your manager and who you work for. I worked there for years and had to fight for a review, only to see those hired after me get promoted not long after hire.

Pros

- People are smart, driven and genuinely nice. - Solid history, real revenue, good customers. - Willing to invest in the future. - Tremendous opportunity in front of us, and momentum to get there with great new leadership in sales that have a clear vision moving forward.

Cons

- Products need some focus and tuning. They are good and well regarded, but moving into the enterprise space is a different challenge than the customers ScienceLogic has pursued historically (MSPs). It seems the organization recognizes this and is moving in the right direction.
