Pros

This is a great company! From the time you apply for a job, through interviews, getting to know the team and working hard with everyone, this is a real team. Folks work well together and they bring energy and passion to the table all the time. The executive team is totally awesome (not sure what the complainers were expecting) and they are fully engaged with everyone, they have an open door policy but obviously they are incredibly busy. Great benefits and perks. Everyone is welcoming and helpful. Employees are treated with respect and are encouraged and empowered in their careers.

Cons

Umm... difficult to find; since everyone should realize that this is a growing company and it will have the associated challenges.

An unpleasant place to work

Pros

Fatty, unhealthy food provided in the Reston office. Good pay, but that is for very long hours. Some of the people in technical support are very knowledgable.

Cons

The EM7 monitoring product is very complicated. As a result it has many, many bugs. Also, as a result of the complexity, a disproportionally large number of people are needed in technical support to support customers. Senior management do not have a clear idea of where they want to go and as a result they do not have a plan for getting there.
