flexible hours and casual environment

Cons

few advancement opportunities, benefits are constantly eroding, corporate doesn't appreciate employees, many incompetent managers, low-rank employees often do the same amount of work as seniors with drastically reduced pay

Constantly nickle and dimeing employees over benefits. $2500/year rise in premium costs, and 10% of previous doctors in network.

Good benefits, large company, fun work

Cons

All employees are made to feel disposable at all time and layoffs are given with no notice. Hard workers are not rewarded for their work and lazy employees are allowed to slide by.
