Pros

Casual work environment, team was initially built with many talented people, there are still many passionate people trying to drive growth

Cons

Managers are not held accountable for being threatening and unaccommodating to their employees. They're allowed to discriminate and berate employees off the record. Subordinates are then treated like they're causing trouble when they meet with HR or executives. Company philosophy of "who you are" being more important than "what you know" leads to hiring incompetent people, particularly managers with no industry experience or understanding of roles. There is no structure for advancement in some departments and mangers have the discretion to tell you that they simply do not want you to have the position you would like to work towards. There are huge gaps in communication between departments and from managers to their employees. Frequently rushing to put out a minimally viable product, rather than developing quality features for their game

Pros

They're becoming more understanding of how agile development should work No one questions your break time Very good at what they do, which is make money They really like to drink

Cons

They really like to drink Managers don't know what they need to in order to make informed decisions "We don't praise overtime" yes, yes you do. Literally always. Head management invited racist and sexist comedian for a company event on purpose.

Pros
