Pros

I have to admit one of the reasons I stay is because of the relationships I have built and the benefits I have because of my tenure. I find it challenge for any other company to match it, but thats about it.

Cons

Where do I begin? Change can be very good for a company but it seems like things change at SG every 5 minutes. No consistency or communication between departments. Leaderhip has change 5 times in the 8yrs i've ben with the company and every new CEO has a "new brilliant" idea, that always impacts the worker bees instead of those at the top. Morale is low, and everyone is always on the edge. It used to be such a great company.

Pros

Decent 401k Good direct managers that care about their employees

Cons

Upper management is checked out and does not care about the employees. They only care about how they can line their own pockets. They do this by upping the cost of healthcare each year, while each year our healthcare covers less and less.
