Pros

the people you work directly with, down on your level, are usually great. Everyone I ever worked with on a team were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Cons

basically everything else. This place used to be a great place to work, back when it was just WMS. When SG came in, they started cutting corners to save a buck and moral and benefits have been sliding downhill ever since. There's a distinct feeling that SG doesn't care that much about its people, and that's a damn shame. WMS knew to value its workers, its talent. SG has no idea that taking care of its employees is important. We'll go find someone else that does.

Lots of aquisitions, little integrations.

Pros

Stock prices soaring, big business finance folks do a great job of keeping stock price going...

Cons

Poor communications internally, LOTS OF POLITICS, failure to take care of product lines that make LOTS OF MONEY! Poor integration of companies leads to LOTS of silos and petty "revenge issues".
