Pros

Awesome coworkers and a thriving culture.

Cons

Terrible annual pay increases. Claim they give out big bonuses to compensate this, but not nearly big enough. Benefits have been quickly eroding under the current CEO.

Pros

There are still some good people that work here who want to try to make positive changes. State of the Art building. Nice gym.

Cons

No potential for growth. Absolute lack of management to the point that projects have continued to start and restart multiple times. There are many people that are abrasive, rude, and unwilling to change. Benefits continue to get worse year after year.
