Pros

1.Extremely joyous atmosphere to work ! 2.Lead and managers are very supportive and give you a lot of good opportunities. 3. Recognition for the work you do and most importantly very good incentives ! 4 . Impressive HR policy and leave availabilities .

Cons

1. Work life balance is at stake . 2. Normal working hours are very long compared to other companies. Usually 10 hours on normal days and it goes upto 14 hours on critical delivery days which happens atleast 2-3 days a week. 3. Of course ,a lot of friction between the managers and leads .

Pros

-Good work life balance -Decent pay and benefits -Relative autonomy when it comes to work

Cons

-Too many mergers. Led to instability and things feeling very disorganized at times. -Company is constantly in debt so often didn't get performance bonuses -Would often have to pick up slack for employees laid off in other areas

Pros

Friendly people. Interesting work. Fun Industry

Cons

Company is on the upswing, but still digging out of a hole. Technical decisions are made based on trends and upper managements personal preferences (whether or not they work in the code base).
