Below average salary, departmental silos, and many little fiefdoms protected by openly hostile incumbents. Decent benefits.

Cons

A clear lack of accountability and responsibility at all levels, starting at the tippy top. Millions in salary have been added in the past few months at the very top with seemingly no purpose. I can't imagine how to justify placing the "Chief of Staff" who just started any place in the company, let alone as a direct report to the CEO with seemingly zero experience in anything remotely related to what we do. How do you start your professional career immediately at a C-Suite level in a giant corporation? Honestly? It's transparent. "Do as I say, not as I do" is a terrible management style.
