Pros

Some limited departments are well cared for. If you're a programmer, might be ok. In a crazy, chaotic and dangerous environment, you might do well even by accident.

Cons

Lacking ethics. No concept of continuous improvement process. Middle management is less concerned with effective business and more concerned that failures not be traceable to them. Advancements are too often based on "juice" and/or nepotism. Executives are busy working stock options and are clueless about how the company operates. Company has no interest in updating its outdated mindset. Talent is oppressed so that management lacking talent can remain secure - It's better not to be TOO capable.
