Toxic atmosphere. Too many chiefs. Bad planning and project management. Everything is a crisis. Many of the team's feel they are better than anyone else making it impossible to work together. no communication across teams most work in a silo. A lot of good people have left or leaving replaced with know it alls

management is clueless. very disrespectful to their employees. don't reward talent and effort. moved out of nice office into a nasty cube farm. way to loud poor compensation adn promotions. cutting benefits left and right.

Completely ineffective producers whose only job is to communicate and organize fail every day to communicate and organize. Always holding unneeded meetings that take hours and taking away from limited production time. Never held accountable for failed production. We could get three times more work done if management knew what they were doing. Top heavy management. more managers than are really needed. middle management is toxic and we can't get anything done. Nobody communicates. Company is losing its software engineers quickly because they won’t stop and listen to what is wrong and adapt. very amateur operation.
