Pros

Great products and talented, passionate team members.

Cons

Red verses Blue mentality and silo cultures is being fostered by some department heads and there is not much some department members can do for fear of losing their job especially when your departmemt head sees them as an opponent. Chucking out thousands of dollars of hardware in Chicago and stating if it is orderable toss it out is inexcusable. This equipment has value to current projects but was chucked in the garbage out of spite just like the dozens of hardware Engineers in the last layoff.
