Pros

Some nice people, but you find out a lot are backstabbers. Pay was good but not worth the exchange of your soul.

Cons

Everything. Horrible executive management. Loser of a company. Integration issues ongoing for years and then the company piles on the work to fix their lack of engagement, Horrible company culture.

Pros

I worked at SG - WMS subsidiary for 10 years. My tenure at SG has been very rewarding and I progressed through my titles and salary very well. SG rewards the working people very well. Although the company went through two acquisitions back to back, but they never laid-off the wrong people. Too much complacency can get in the way of making hard changes. The people are awesome. One of the brightest people(coders) I have every worked with, in my career. Very collaborative. Very good work-life balance. Two nice Gyms in Chicago office. One of the finest buildings in the city (interiors) Nice amount of FREE parking

Cons

Too much complacency. Very resistant to new changes. This was the only reason I had to quit as in some divisions it could lead to stagnation.
