      Pros

      Very good team cohesion and the office location is perfect. Close customer relationship with some interesting projects. Salary is better than average with 2 months bonus as part of the salary. The 3rd months bonus depends on performance

      Cons

      Management is very rigid and old school,Very limited technical advancement and no way to see cutting edge technology or management methods. Tools are also very outdated. Information flow is hectic, no real performance reviews.
