Pros

Average salary and benefits along with flexible schedule. Good co-workers.

Cons

Integration issues continue. No communication from leadership. Even if you are happy with your manager and team affected by company wide lack of communication and lack of ability to put processes in place.

Pros

I loved working at SGI when I was there. Their management team back then were really great and wonderful to work with. They pay attention to suggestions made by the lower level management and also give a free hand for them to implement changes once it had been approved. No micro monitoring and management. This lead to manager growing opportunity

Cons

Too many fast acquisition/mergers and restructure changes and transition over the last 4 years causing a lot of disruption and uncertainty at various level.
