Pros

everyone leaves you alone (even your managers)

Cons

far too disorganized, keep acquiring companies without really knowing what good they are. this in turn creates a confused and ineffective executive team. seems like a lot of power struggles and they focus on this more than their actual core business. on top of that, despite all the job listings on their site, seems that all they do is grow and that leaves most people redundant or ignored. they claim to have an amazing culture, but seems the opposite to me, unless you like watching executive management blow two grand a night drinking at the company's expense at the local bars. i would never work here if i weren't already here.

Pros

I enjoy the team I work with and we all do our best for the customer and to give them the best experience on our products

Cons

Work life balance, Before the mergers Bally had things running smooth now it seems we have taken a big step backwards. Hope we pickup the pace and get back on track.

Pros

1. Free Snacks at 7:00 pm everyday (though dinner would be the right word) 2. 800Rs. Sudexo coupon per month from the company to every employee (Not included in CTC) 3. Free Cabs post 8:30pm.. Work flexibility is there. 4. iLottery QA team is preferably nice in Bangalore. Lead and managed by talented and encouraging leads. QA teams are encouraged to excel. You wil have a lot to learn. 5. iLottery Dev teams are good too. They are having good techinical exposure in multiple technologies. 6. High standards. Employee friendly environments. Cool workplaces, with casino slots placed in the surrounding. 7. No dresscode 8. No rules to follow 9. Have ITPL busses from campus for employee travels (pick-up and drop)

Cons

Location: Bangalore 1. Salary to the new joinees is low. Its equal to any other service based company. Being a reputed product based company, SG should pay well to every employee. 2. NO Work-life balance. I go to office at 9am everyday due to shuttle timings, and find difficulty in leaving office by 6:30pm as most meetings are held post 7pm.. This is bad for people who end up spending all day and night in office.
