Pros

Very good employee perks. Free snacks in the evening, free biscuits available anytime of the day. If you're working late, easy-to-cook noodles are available at the reception area. A big screen TV at the cafeteria is available (incase you watch cricket). Good insurance policies (parents are covered for free). Work environment is healthy. Salary hikes are awesome.

Cons

Internal politics and gossiping between employees does exist (though not a lot, but it is deterring). It is a lot harder to suggest changes in process and technology. Testing is pure manual, you won't learn anything else, though learning will be encouraged. Work load is high at times when a project is about to be released.
