Pros

1: Great place where you can work and enjoy your personal life at the same time. 2: Good place to learn.

Cons

Variable pay structure is bad. Provide good hike but most of the hike will be added in variables.

Pros

Good hike, pay and work, if you are interested in gaming domain. Worked in C# with unity(I didn't like). Code quality is such one should learn from it.

Cons

Game development is driven from US. During my employment, for one year there was no new game to work on. But now they have again bounced back with awesome games.
