Pros

Flexible timings, work-life balance is great, good benefits like leave, group insurance, sodexo passes for tax reduction etc. Evening snacks for those who stretch after 7 PM.

Cons

Training programs can be facilitated for the employees to keep them updated with the changing technology. Other than this, nothing else to tell.
