Thanks for your feedback. If an employee had issues with the IT support team then he/she can always reach out to an HR Partner for support. We follow a once a year Merit/ Hike cycle which recognizes pay for performance basis the annual performance cycle.

Pros

Good work environment. Technically sound team. You get to learn and grow a lot no matter you are fresher or experience professional. Perks and benefits are really nice. Friendly and supportive team members and other staffs. The team outing are real fun.

Cons

located in Whitefield :) But that is not a disadvantage at all...
