Pros

Leadership of Game Development, Enterprise Chief Tech Officer, and select others are top notch. Chicago campus is awesome.

Cons

The leadership from Bally doesn't seem interested in Chicago talent. The finance organization is run by accountants who don't have a real pulse check of the business (especially CFO). New leadership seem to force what they did before the M&A versus willingness to determine best practice/process for the NEW company.

Pros

People are friendly and are willing to help whenever needed. The work environment is laid back. They started summer hours where on Fridays, if you finished all your work for the week and if your manager approves, you can leave at 3pm.

Cons

The company was better before it got bought out. Management seems to promote their buddies, even if they aren't qualified yet.

Pros

Interesting products , different countries to work on projects for

Cons

Not good direction from management. Can work on a project for a while and if contract is lost the product may not get used.
