Consultants in HR..

Pros

No Pros at all. WMS is not what it looks like outside. It could do lot better with right Management.

Cons

Consultants in HR only look for whats best for them. Had to fight to move my resume forward. (Discrimination) HR was not even aware of e-verify. Got e-Verified recently. Old Habits die hard. WMS need a change in HR. No Growth. In other words "to go to many lengths to look impressive, good, and worthy towards another person".

Pros

company vehicle work from home

Cons

unorganized micromanaging environment low pay makes all kinds of promises and never delivers on said promises. they also hire through a temp agency for first three months of probation and will not let you take off even one day for emergencies and then after you get your three months in with the temp agency and go as a full time employee they put you on another 3 months of probation and will not let you miss one day so 6 months without ever being able to take even if you get sick they don't care. and they wonder why they have such a high turnover rate. also most off the employee's are some off the dumbest people you will ever work with so just be warned don't work there.

Pros

Usually on the leading edge of technology - good opportunities to experiment, try new things. Money is fair - work/life balance is tough here - just because of the nature of the business.

Cons

No real direction - at least that's been communicated. Lots of silos. Employee benefits on the SG side are pretty much non-existent. Horrible health insurance plans. 401K match is very feeble.
