The company has good benefits, and if you work at SRC's office, great working conditions.

Cons

If you work on a government site, don't expect good working conditions. Most likely they'll stick you in a corner some place where they found room.

Competitive Salaries, Good Benefits, Responsive corporate office. Relaxed work environment with a flexibile schedule. Good on-site management team. Locations and opportunites in all locations. Awards employees going above and beyond spot bonus cash awards.

Cons

On site employees do not receive the full benefits that those at the corporate office sites receive such as gym memberships, public transportation reimbursement.
