Pros

Scoot creates a very welcoming environment. Everything is very casual, and the staff just likes to have fun together. I started remotely, but still very much feel like a part of the team. The mission is also something that I, and most teachers, can get behind. They are doing good work with good people. Everyone is also super open and transparent so you never feel like you're in the dark, especially with everything that's going on right now.

This company offers a lot of support, communicates well, and allows for growth in the education field. There are a variety of schools they work with, both private and public. They work with your schedule and the pay is great!

Cons

Not their fault but unfortunately, there has been no pay during this pandemic time. But again the company has been doing everything possible to help their employees.
