Pros

The fact that we got paid although compared to the work and industry very little Working hours Work from home

Cons

Extreme micromanagement almost feels like borderline slavery if not on calls for more than 1 minute, literally, management will contact you. Difficult calls with vulnerable and mostly angry customers about gas and electricity during the energy crisis lasting 20-30 mins per call. had about 8 unrealistic KPI that we strictly had to Follow. Major one being if customer calls back within 14 days. The old fashion systems which did not work as well as vulnerability of customers meant many people were inevitably calling back in. Pay not great.

Pros

The people working in the projects.

Cons

Poor salary. Toxic work atmosphere at a management level . Total disregard of employee wellbeing. No training or education available. The office in London is absolutely terrible with people begging for just a coffee machinañe
