Pros

Dynamic, supportive and innovative environment to work in. Excellent team looking out for the interests of customers. Bucking the trends of poor service seen in some areas of the company SP Energy Networks really does all it can for customers - at least at a call centre level.

Cons

Complaints and senior management don't always listen to their team but rather those more senior & those in other teams deemed to be "more qualified.

Pros

Decent pay, good share schemes, flexible working (although depends on location and manager), generally competent and well trained colleagues. The work life balance is generally good also as is the pension scheme.

Cons

Forever cutting budgets, staff perks, and remuneration packages. UK management have very limited power as all important decisions are made by parent company iberdrola. Morale amongst staff across businesses in recent years has varied from low to non-existent due to numerous restructures and large site closures. This has meant limited opportunity for career progression in some parts of the business.
