Good company but management of departments is awful

After passing probation you can work from home 2 days a week. People you work with are great and keep your spirit up

Cons

Blame culture and Negative environment Managers have favourites and allow them privileges that others do not get. Cannot listen to music or talk in teams or to your team mates as you are pulled up for not working

Good but Lack of Internal Promotion

Cons

Positions recently advertised ignored very suitable internal candidates for external, with internals effectively filling the role in the meantime meaning roles have been unfilled for extensive periods of time. Hugely demotivating.
