Pros

Commission is great and foods close by.

Cons

No work life balance, micromanaging, you’re just a number. They promise a lot but under deliver employment wise. A lot of overtime

Pros

If you have a good manager and team you will often get good support

Cons

Managers refuse to get on call whether customers ask or not. Dealt with a suicide call and was ignored in the chat as none of them knew what to do despite being told to pass these calls to managers.
