Pros

None, it might look good on your resume

Cons

None, they are confused, childish, and unable to attract talent like they could at the very beginning. Now people know that it's a ****show, that will be another failed EV startup.

Pros

Some really talented ppl have joined from lots of different industries. CEO is well liked and inspirational with big vision.

Cons

Management fights among themselves. Very territorial and not collaborative. Information is not shared between teams so lots of time wasted or duplicated efforts. Finger pointing when things inevitably get missed.

Pros

-CEO is well liked by all -hybrid work policy -Frequent team building and travel opportunity -clean office -talented people -great paternity leave policy

Cons

-building is too small for current staff size, more to be hired making it worse -strange project management workflow that causes disorganization -CTO is generally absent and known for last minute requests and toxic behavior. Leaves equally toxic and clueless vp’s in charge who are generally viewed as incompetent for roles -lack of systems and the ability to make systems, all engineering processes are pure Volkswagen -hard to get specs and other info from vw side despite being forced to use components -Confusion on who’s in charge both inside and outside engineering and other groups
