      Engineers do not use any knowledge just follow vw process. I can’t say one thing is good about this company

      Management like kids fight in every little thing. CTO is a joke. This company a complete mess

      Pros

      Great compensation, flexibility to work from home.

      Cons

      This place is a nightmare! Every department is working against each other and only focused on their own priorities. Way too top heavy with a lack of resources and support for the every day specialist level. This was supposed to be a startup yet every process is following VW. In some ways that should be good but the structure and training does not exist and VW does very little to support. Overall, communication and alignment is completely broken. The blind is leading the blind and not even the higher levels are working together.

      Strong potential for a growing OEM

      -Focus on getting the work done, not being flashy for investors -Support from VW gives more structure than any other start up EV company -Currently building a positive and inclusive culture

      Cons

      -Team is small and scappy at the moment -"Building the plane while we fly it"
