You can just sit and use your computer for most of the time, although obviously you need to make sure your other duties are done first. But yeah, it's great as a college student because it's an on campus job and they recognize the importance of your studies. Super understanding employers if you need to take time off etc. You're also working mainly with your peers, so it's good for building relationships at the schools.

Cons

Communication isn't always great; there's been a number of times that a customer asked a question about something and I realized I'd never been informed about that event/equipment/random other thing. There's some training initiatives that seem unnecessary or too long, and overall not the most effective method.
