Great mission, wonderful new VP, great benefits, beautiful campus

Cons

Not a lot of internal opportunities for advancement, however, they seem to be addressing this under the new President, Lara Tiedens.

Pros

Cozy, mission/driven atmosphere. Lots of time off but little else in the way of meaningful employee benefits. HMO-only healthcare is an abomination, little employee appreciation, HR is tough to work with. Amazing retirement matching, not the most professional atmosphere. HR could do more to cultivate a workplace ethos.

Need better healthcare options. Only HMO
