Pros

I worked at an office on campus for 4 years and enjoyed getting to know my co-workers and bosses. Supervisors are very understanding that school is your first priority and work with you to accommodate your time limitations.

Cons

I felt like I was essentially doing to exact same job for 4 years - there wasn't much in the way of professional growth opportunities, besides CP&R. Also, Ultipro is somewhat confusing.
