Scripps College prides itself on liberal arts education and its students truly embody the values of the college. For student workers, fairly easy to move up the ladder.

Cons

Sometimes hard to negotiate salaries. Salaries for students do not really improve over time.

Sometimes people aren'y as motivated as I would have liked. Scripps could definitely evolve more in technical aspects

Scripps is an amazing school with engaged students, committed staff and intelligent faculty. The small school environment affords you the opportunity to develop relationships across campus.

Cons

Because of it's size, there's not much room for promotion. The affiliation with the Claremont College Consortium can provide those opportunities.
