Pros

The campus offices are very flexible and understanding of student schedules. While the pay is not great, it is usually above minimum wage, and applying for/getting a job is generally not difficult.

Cons

It can be hard to find a job if you are not work-study, but there are opportunities available if you look hard enough.

Pros

Working on-campus as a college student is great because they know that you are a student first and my work was always flexible if I needed to miss a day to work on a paper.

Cons

Pay isn't super high, but most offices give a small raise each semester or year, so if you stay in one office, you could be making a decent wage by the time you graduate.
