Scheduling could have been handled differently and I often worked very long days at least twice a week. Communication was poor at times between management and employees.
A great company to work for! They provide adequate support, with your PSI supervisor checking in to help and assess the child's progress every few days.

Not enough time interacting with coworkers - most of your time is spent in schools in direct service with kids.
