good pay, great benefits, 401k matching, stock options, health,tuition reimbursement. lots of overtime if you like that sort of thing

you live for Sea ray. over time is mandatory and there is always overtime. you get paid time off but it's on their schedule not yours.

Pros

A short commute to my home. When there isn't any overtime Sea Ray works a ten hour four day work week.

Cons

Unpleasant working conditions (hot, fiberglass dust everywhere, too many people working together in tight quarters at the same time). Sea Ray is never satisfied with how much work you do. If you do somehow manage to finish the high workload they pile on you, they just pile on more work and add it to your permanent schedule.
