Pros

Lots of overtime money since upper management doesnt know whats going on on the floor or how to fix it.

Cons

No work / life balance, Its always said no more Fridays or Saturdays but yet every week Im expected to work on the weekends or disciplinary action. Building product that isnt ready to be built since its not designed correctly and this affects the peoples time in having family life.

Pros

Proud that the majoriity of the boats are still made in the USA

Cons

This company has been in a continuous downward spiral for some time. Don't waste your time, there is no upward mobility, pay is below market.

Pros

Great upward mobility. If you are good for Brunswick, you will be rewarded. Amazing and complex business that has many exciting challenges and opportunities.

Cons

Only downside is the type of business. Selling a product that is not a necessity is always a risk. Brunswick pays good salaries to combat this risk.
